Rio Rancho Harvest Festival - September 27 - October 31, 2013
A Harvest Festival, operated by the nonprofit Galloping Grace Youth Ranch, will run daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between Sept. 27 to Oct. 31 in the upper west parking lot of the city of Rio Rancho’s Santa Ana Star Center, 3001 Civic Center Circle.

There is no admission fee for the festival and all ages are welcome. The festival will feature hay bale corn mazes, farm animals, agricultural demonstrations, and more. Throughout the Harvest Festival, pumpkins will be available for sale.
 
On the weekends from Sept. 27 to Oct. 31, other events are planned to take place such as hay bale sculpture contests and an attempt for the community to set the world record for simultaneously pumpkin carving on Oct. 26.
